This course introduces the principles of project management and human factors with a focus on applications in interior design. Students will explore project life cycles, planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk, and sustainability, while also examining human-centered design aspects such as ergonomics, health, safety, performance, and usability. Through case studies and practical activities, students will learn how to manage interior design projects effectively and create spaces that are safe, efficient, and user-friendly.
